Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Retail Partnerships to join our team at Lightspeed. This role will be responsible for leading our product partnership strategy for all of our retail products, working closely with our VP of Partnerships and other cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnerships, with experience in the point of sale, payments, or eCommerce space. They will be able to build and manage a team that oversees all product integration partnerships across our point of sale and eCommerce platforms, identify product partnership opportunities, and develop and guide our partner strategy in the retail space.

The Director of Retail Partnerships will also be responsible for collaborating across teams to build a compelling app-marketplace and develop self-service partner tools to help accelerate the growth of our app ecosystem partners. They will work with potential and existing partners to define desired outcomes, investment, and nurture relationships that lead to long-term opportunities.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions and experience building high-performing, inclusive teams. They will also have exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability.
