Catering and Event Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering and Event Services Manager to join our team at Hotel Arts Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of catering, including food and beverage operations, event logistics, and client relationships.
  • Collaborate with event planners to coordinate catering needs and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Negotiate with clients on menu planning, beverage requirements, and other event specifics.
  • Confirm event details with clients and prepare necessary documentation, such as Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes.
  • Enforce Catering Agreements according to hotel policies.
  • Work closely with various hotel departments to ensure successful event execution.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel catering, events, meetings, or conference roles.
  • Proficiency in hotel sales platforms, such as Opera.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Comprehensive understanding of event setups, space functionalities, and operations.
