Catering and Event Services Manager

Hotel Arts Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering and Event Services Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage, as well as excellent sales and event planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of catering, including food and beverage sales, event logistics, and client communication.
  • Negotiate with clients on menu planning, beverage requirements, and other event specifics.
  • Collaborate with event planners to coordinate catering needs and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Enforce Catering Agreements according to hotel policies.
  • Work closely with various hotel departments to ensure successful event execution.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up with clients.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in hotel catering, events, meetings, or conference roles.
  • Proficiency in hotel sales platforms like Opera.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Comprehensive understanding of event setups, space functionalities, and operations.
