About the Role

Hotel Equities, a leading hospitality management company, is seeking a seasoned Hotel Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to enhance our hotel's market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including hotel owners, operators, and industry partners
  • Conduct site tours and presentations to showcase our hotel's amenities and services
  • Manage customer database and develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting to management

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships
