Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MAPLE CREST INN. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing office supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
