Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MAPLE CREST INN. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring seamless access to information.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, providing creative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
