Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Professional Investments. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
About the Role:- This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in business administration or management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform clerical duties as required.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Publisher, Excel, Outlook, Word) and other software applications to create reports, documents, and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with accounting software and data administration.
