About the Role:

We are looking for an individual who is responsible for performing data entry tasks, overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, scheduling appointments, organizing conferences and meetings, and providing copy editing services.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks in a timely and accurate manner

  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with various stakeholders

  • Organize conferences and meetings, including arranging logistics and coordinating with attendees

  • Provide copy editing services to ensure accuracy and consistency in all written materials

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A degree from a recognized institution, preferably in a field related to administration or business

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a university or college setting

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with project coordination and copy editing principles
