Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at GMO-Z BUSINESS SUPPORT CANADA, Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, detecting and troubleshooting irregularities, and providing advice on merchandise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and scheduling
  • Provide expert advice on merchandise and financial matters
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Skills
  • MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, SQL, Python, Google Docs
