Job Overview

We're currently sourcing for a Operations Specialist on a 12-month contract.

In this role, you'll be responsible for tracking progress on Wealth Real Estate Planning/Strategies. This involves collecting renovation requirements from businesses, understanding if the renovation has strategic benefits, and building a business case to proceed. You'll work with multiple corporate real estate projects, booking meetings, gathering requirements, and conducting proactive conversations with branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assigned to multiple corporate real estate projects
  • Booking meetings
  • Requirements gathering
  • Conducting proactive conversations with branches
  • Drafting, reviewing, and vetting communications with different lines of business
  • Providing feedback on communications and ensuring they make sense
  • Tracking corporate real estate projects in Excel

Requirements:

  • Project Coordination/Administration: 1 year
  • MS Excel: 1 year
  • Financial experience: 1 year

Education/Certifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in business management, economics, finance, human resources, or relevant
