Job Title: Financial Operations Coordinator

Pilotage Software Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the financial operations of the company. This includes arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as coordinating the flow of information within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Label, file, and retrieve documents
  • Check information gathered for completeness and accuracy
  • Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance
  • Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets
  • Assist in preparing financial reports
