Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition and Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient inventory management and minimize waste.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with other work units and departments to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and improve overall performance.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by consulting with clients after sales to address their needs and concerns.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with quality control standards and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance, provide feedback, and set goals for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve issues promptly and efficiently, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inspections, inventory, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and database software.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
