About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Asif Khan Insurance Agency Inc. in Mississauga. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, exceeding growth targets, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Growth: Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying their insurance and financial needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Product Offers: Seize all sales opportunities, soliciting and offering relevant insurance products to clients.
  • Marketing and Business Development: Collaborate with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Customer-Focused Service: Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients about insurance options, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Insurance Licenses: Possess a Property and Casualty license (OTL) and a Life and Health license, with the ability to obtain.
  • Industry Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of social media and technology.
  • Product and Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales and product development, with a focus on insurance and financial services.
  • Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Full-Time Position: Permanent, full-time employment with a competitive salary range of $40,000-$55,000 (annually), varying with experience.
  • Commissions and Bonuses: Earn P & C and Financial Services production commissions, as well as performance bonuses and an annual travel bonus.
  • Benefits: Enjoy paid vacation and sick leave, dental care, and vision care after a probationary period.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
