About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Kuehne + Nagel. As a key member of our Insurance Brokers team, you will be responsible for servicing clients within the commercial lines division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Documentation: Prepare all client-facing documentation, including invoices, letters, policy documents, and certificates of insurance.
  • File Management: Manage the creation, organization, and updating of client documentation and activity logs.
  • Policy Tracking: Track and follow up on policy documents to ensure timely receipt.
  • Renewal Process: Administer the client renewal process, working closely with Account Executives to service and manage day-to-day activities.
  • Account Services: Coordinate account services, including review of documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals, or cancellations.
  • Market Risk Management: Establish market risks for coverage placement and communicate with insurers as required to support the brokering function.
  • Account Placement: Manage the placement of small business accounts.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a brokerage as an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, with knowledge of major markets.
  • RIBO License required.
  • EPIC Experience preferred.
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM, or equivalent (or working towards) an asset.
