We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Billyard Insurance Group. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and support to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Client Service: Provide a superior level of service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Policy Administration: Administer, support, and complete policy changes within our company partner's portals and websites.
- Policy Review and Recommendation: Review policies and recommend coverages based on individual consumer needs, when required.
- Underwriting Criteria: Adhere to the underwriting criteria set out by our broker partners.
- Sales and Commission: You have the option to also earn commission on any independent sales you make.
- Client Document Coordination: Coordinate and follow up on client documents.
- Quoting and Application Completion: Quoting new clients and completing applications.
- RIBO License: 2 years of insurance experience required.
- Technology Orientation: Technology-oriented and proficient in using various software and systems.
- Ambition and Competitiveness: Ambitious and competitive, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive Attitude: Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
- Language Skills: Punjabi/Hindi languages are an asset but not required.
