Job Summary:
My Hunter Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our brokerage, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of new business and renewal processes for existing clients, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of new business and renewal processes for existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Recommend coverages based on client consumer needs, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure clients receive the best possible insurance solutions.
- Assist clients with policy changes, cancellations, or amendments, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
- Answer inquiries regarding billing from existing clients, providing clear and concise information.
- Update customer files through our broker management systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Remain knowledgeable in underwriting guidelines for P&C insurance, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
- Meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Personal Insurance experience required.
- RIBO License is required.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in working with Applied Rating Services, Powerbroker, and various market portals.
- Insurance Account Management/Client relationship-building experience is required.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
