Key Responsibilities:- Manage the full cycle for new business and renewal process for existing clients.
- Recommend coverages based on client consumer needs.
- Assist clients in policy changes, cancellations, or any amendments to be made to client's policies.
- Answer inquiries regarding billing from existing clients.
- Update customer files through our broker management systems.
- Remain knowledgeable in underwriting guidelines for P&C insurance.
- Meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of Personal Insurance experience required.
- RIBO License is required.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in working with Applied Rating Services, Powerbroker, and various market portals.
- Insurance Account Management/Client relationship-building experience is required.
- Understanding and speaking Arabic fluently preferred.
- Compensation: $50,000-$53,000 range.
