Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and value-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of retaining clients through exceptional customer service and insurance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full cycle of new business and renewal processes for existing clients.
- Recommend coverages based on client needs and preferences.
- Assist clients with policy changes, cancellations, or amendments.
- Answer inquiries regarding billing and policy details.
- Update customer files through our broker management systems.
- Stay up-to-date with underwriting guidelines for Personal and Commercial insurance.
- Meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of Personal Insurance experience required.
- RIBO License is mandatory.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficiency in working with Applied Rating Services, Powerbroker, and various market portals.
- Insurance Account Management/Client relationship-building experience is essential.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
- Competitive compensation package in the range of $50,000-$53,000.
