Qualifications
Minimum 5 years insurance experience in Transportation.
R.I.B.O, and C.I.P designation required. Working towards C.A.I.B.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, client development/relationship management experience essential, along with strong customer service background.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and EPIC Building software.
Overview:
Promptly respond to inquiries via phone, email, and fax, maintaining high service standards.
Document customer files accurately in the EPIC system, noting interactions with customers and insurers.
Conduct thorough renewal reviews, recommend options, compare quotes, and engage in remarketing.
Manage renewals, endorsements, and claims, including change requests and new business through insurance portals.
