Commercial Insurance Account Representative

As a Commercial Insurance Account Representative with Iqra Arsalan - Desjardins Insurance Agent, you will play a key role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Requirements:
  • Sales experience in commercial insurance is a requirement.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task and identify needs for clients for vehicle finance.
  • Property & Casualty licensed.
  • LLQP License preferred.
