We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations at beBee Professionals in Winnipeg.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff members and external partners.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000-$65,000 CAD, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage office calendars to ensure efficient use of time.
  • Maintain office supplies, ensure the office is well-organized, and implement processes to improve efficiency.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other productivity software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
