Office Clerk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk Representative to join our team at Randstad Canada. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, processing orders from entry to invoicing, and working closely with various departments to ensure product availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email
- Process orders, including data entry and invoicing
- Provide accurate pricing and product availability information
- Collaborate with the Production, Shipping, Accounting, and Sales departments
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Basic sales skills and knowledge of invoicing and accounting cycles
- Bilingual English and French spoken and written
