Artemis Recruitment is currently searching for a bilingual Sales Representatives to join a dynamic and fast-growing company based in Montreal. Salary: 70k-100k (with bonuses that can go up to 40%/100% of the salary.)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and engage prospective clients, particularly in the architectural community, to promote and specify height safety solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
- Deliver presentations and demos to highlight the value and compliance benefits of the solutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market opportunities and trends.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of products to ensure effective communication of their benefits and regulatory compliance.
- Embody the company’s core values: being driven, team-oriented, service-focused, humble, and committed to quality and urgency in every interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the safety, construction, or industrial products sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage architects, construction contractors, and other key decision-makers.
- Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Fluency in both English and French is required.

RESPONSABILITÉS
- Identifier et engager des clients potentiels, notamment dans la communauté architecturale, pour promouvoir et faire spécifier les solutions de sécurité en hauteur.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, en comprenant leurs besoins et en proposant des recommandations personnalisées.
- Réaliser des présentations et démonstrations pour illustrer la valeur et les avantages réglementaires des produits.
- Atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs de ventes mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour aligner les stratégies commerciales sur les opportunités et les tendances du marché.
- Développer une connaissance approfondie des produits pour communiquer efficacement leurs avantages et leur conformité aux normes
- Expérience avérée en vente B2B, de préférence dans les secteurs de la sécurité, de la construction ou des produits industriels.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en négociation, avec une capacité à établir des liens avec des architectes, des entrepreneurs en construction et d'autres décideurs clés.
- Esprit orienté résultats, avec un historique de dépassement des objectifs de vente.
- Maîtrise des logiciels CRM et des produits Microsoft Office.
- Capacité à s'adapter et à prospérer dans un environnement dynamique axé sur la croissance.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais requise
