The Opportunity:

At Sunwing Vacations, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Administrator to support our Sales Centre team in making vacation dreams come true. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for organizing and supporting Sales Centre communication, knowledge management, and training. You will collaborate with Sales Centre Leadership, coordinate logistics, and analyze training reports. This position reports to the Manager, SC Training and Standards and will be based in Toronto, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with processes and procedures.
  • Communicate new or updated policies, procedure changes, and locations to support all call centres and support staff.
  • Ensure all training and Sales Centre documents and supporting resources are available in English and French.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and management of the eLearning courses within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Work closely with the Sales Centre Project Support Lead on all projects related to the Sales Centre and contribute to project management discussions with an understanding of objectives, success criteria, and risk analysis.
  • Contribute to assessing the quality of project-related training to determine effectiveness on an ongoing basis and ensure that supporting resources align with the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience working with Microsoft 365 applications such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Bilingual (an asset).
