Job Summary

The Regional Training Coordinator will provide administrative support to the RVP, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and performing various administrative tasks. This role also involves planning and managing regional events, including evaluating venues, creating agendas, and coordinating vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and schedules for the RVP
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as expense reporting and travel arrangements
  • Plan and manage regional events, including evaluating venues and coordinating vendors
  • Develop and implement training programs for the region
  • Provide support for the Co-op Program, including working with committees and vendors

Requirements

  • College or university degree
  • Administrative, marketing, and/or event coordination experience
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
