Regional Training Coordinator

Job Summary
The Regional Training Coordinator will provide administrative support to the RVP, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and performing various administrative tasks. This role will also involve planning and managing regional events, including evaluating venues, creating agendas, and coordinating vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate meetings and events for the RVP, including scheduling, venue selection, and vendor management
- Manage the RVP's schedule and calendar, ensuring efficient use of time and minimizing unexpected surprises
- Perform administrative tasks, such as expense reporting, travel arrangements, and booking meetings with vendors and direct reports
- Coordinate Performance Management discussions with direct reports and assist in building PowerPoint presentations
- Use internal Human Resource software (PeopleSoft) for entries related to the RVP's direct reports
- Plan and manage regional events, including evaluating venues, creating agendas, and coordinating vendors
- Work independently and in collaboration with Regional, PC Level, and NSC-based teammates to conceive and support marketing initiatives
Requirements
- College or University degree
- Administrative, Marketing, and/or Event Coordination experience required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, time management, and project management skills
- Ability to manage, coordinate, and organize events for groups of all sizes, including managing a budget
- Flexibility and can-do attitude to multi-task and manage unexpected situations successfully
- Clear and creative communicator, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and work well within a team
