Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day to day operation of our office and providing administrative support. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

**Duties**:

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with human resources tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Support training and development initiatives by scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and organizing training materials
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and reports
- Following up with customers and scheduling appointments
- Cordination the paperwork with vendors and customers for smooth file updtaing and closing
- Assissting in the auding and compling paperwork

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of general office procedures and phone etiquette

**Salary**: $17.20-$19.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
