Child Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Create engaging educational programs and activities suitable for young children.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming learning environment.
- Closely observe and assess children's developmental progress, identifying areas of strength and improvement.
- Foster collaborative relationships with parents and caregivers to support each child's unique needs and goals.
- Ensure the classroom is well-structured, clean, and free from hazards.
- A diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Valid ECE certification in Canada, reflecting a strong understanding of childcare principles.
- Previous experience working with young children, showcasing ability to create a nurturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, sharing ideas and expertise to enhance the learning experience.
