Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Professional to join our team as an Infant Care Specialist at OneSky Community Resources. This role involves providing high-quality care for children aged 0-36 months, fostering their intellectual, physical, and emotional growth.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading activities under the supervision of the Site Leader or designate, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for infants. A combination of related training and experience may be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care for infants, promoting their cognitive, motor, and social development.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and exploration.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive childcare environment.
Requirements
  • 3 ECE courses: Child Development, Child Guidance, and Child Health, Safety, and Nutrition.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check with vulnerable sector search.
  • Standard First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Food Safe Certification (an asset).
  • Age 19 or older.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer comprehensive health and wellness benefits, a competitive pension plan, and a supportive work environment.
