Job Description
As a Technical Support and Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise to our clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and problems encountered with House technologies. Your primary focus will be on providing telephone and email support, as well as online distance troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Technology, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant experience. A minimum of three years of experience in troubleshooting and support of Microsoft Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Additionally, two years of experience in supporting and resolving Windows-based personal computer hardware, software, and peripheral problems in an enterprise networked environment is necessary.
