Job Title: Marketing Director - Luxury Brand Transformation

About the Role:

At HomeLife, we're committed to reshaping the real estate landscape with our Five-Star Luxury Brand and Higher Standards. We're seeking a creative, strategic Marketing Director with a proven record of success and innovative mindset to drive our luxury brand transformation across local, national, and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing strategies that amplify our luxury brand transformation
* Lead the rebranding efforts to elevate our luxury brand, ensuring consistency and coherence across all touchpoints
* Independently manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms
* Utilize AI tools and data analytics to enhance campaign performance and ensure maximum return on investment
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business goals

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred
* 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy, creative marketing, branding, and promotions
* Outstanding analytical, presentation, and public speaking skills
* Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
