We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at BFW International Trading. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your organizational and communication skills to support the office operations.

About the Role:
This role will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and supporting the management team. Key responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing priorities, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You should have a strong understanding of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with electronic mail and scheduling systems.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, requiring you to work on-site at our headquarters. You will be expected to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
