Senior Business Development and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Executive Assistant to support our sales leadership team in driving the organization's sales efforts.

Job Description:
- Administrative Support for Executive Leadership
- Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and provide logistical support for sales leadership and executive personnel.
- Take meeting minutes for internal sales meetings and leadership discussions.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce systems or other sales tools.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics.
- Assist with managing the sales and marketing budgets and ensuring expenses are tracked.
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Salesforce systems or other sales tools.
- Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards or reports for sales leadership and other stakeholders.
- Marketing Support
- Help coordinate events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Tradeshow contracts and compliance coordination.
- Inventory management of demo material in coordination with product management & marketing.
- General Office Administration Support
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales reporting tools (ie, SalesForce), and MS Office Suite (Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience in compiling and analyzing sales data, forecasting, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A competitive annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000.
