Business Development Coordinator for Clean Energy Solutions

SFC Energy North America is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating logistics, and assisting with the implementation of sales tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
  • - Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for sales leadership and executive personnel
  • - Take meeting minutes for internal sales meetings and leadership discussions
  • - Assist with the maintenance of Salesforce systems or other sales tools
  • - Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics
  • - Assist with managing the sales and marketing budgets and ensuring expenses are tracked
  • - Assist with the implementation and maintenance of dashboards or reports for sales leadership and other stakeholders
  • Marketing Support:
  • - Help coordinate events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • - Coordinate tradeshow contracts and compliance
  • - Manage inventory of demo material in coordination with product management & marketing

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
