The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our global talent management strategy and execution. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that align with our business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the global talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure the talent management strategy is aligned with our overall HR strategy and business goals.
- Design and implement programs to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent.
- Lead the development and implementation of performance management and career development programs.
- Manage the talent review and succession planning processes.
- Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in talent management, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Experience leading a global talent management function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with business leaders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
What We Offer:
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, including:
Base Salary: $225,440 - $313,840 per annum (dependent on location), plus eligibility for variable pay and/or equity.
