Strategic Talent Development Leader for Global Growth

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our global talent management strategy and execution. As a key member of our People team, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for developing and implementing programs that align with our strategic goals.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the global talent management strategy, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure the talent management strategy is aligned with the overall HR strategy and company goals.
- Design and implement programs to attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent.
- Lead the development and implementation of performance management and career development programs.
- Manage the talent review and succession planning processes.
- Track metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent management programs and initiatives.
You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in talent management, including talent acquisition, development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
- Experience leading a global talent management function.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with business leaders at all levels.
- Strong project management skills.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $240,640 - $330,880 USD per year, based on location. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
