Job Title: Director of Procurement, Real Estate and Corporate Security

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Job DescriptionCompany Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced leader to oversee our procurement, real estate, and corporate security functions. As the Director of Procurement, Real Estate and Corporate Security, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and operations within these teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of strategic sourcing, purchasing, distribution, and inventory control activities
  • Leadership of data-driven process improvement projects within procurement, including process development and implementation, training, and maintenance
  • Development and implementation of corporate procurement and supply chain strategies to drive economic value and enable business growth
  • Management of capital real estate projects through all stages of the planning, development, and execution process
  • Leadership of the corporate security team to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies for physical security threats
Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A university degree
  • Experience leading a strategic procurement function at a senior level
  • Experience leading the real estate function within an organization
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
