Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Richmond Montessori School Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and organize daily office operations, including managing schedules and calendars
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist with preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and other documents

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Google Docs
