At the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, we lead the planning and coordination of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. As a Shared Health organization, we deliver some province-wide health services and support centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team in the Department of Internal Medicine. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support for a section in our department.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience typing various correspondence, including medico-legal letters, grants, manuscripts, and abstracts.
  • They will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining office systems, as well as coordinating meetings with multiple stakeholders using Microsoft Outlook.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A formal post-secondary administrative assistant program certificate.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  3. Knowledge of SAP, EPIC, and Concur is preferred.
  4. Excellent planning, organizational, project, and time management skills.
  5. The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of hospital personnel, outside agencies, and institutions.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
