Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Triple Trans Mill Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with a positive attitude
