Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high-quality service.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of employees to meet business needs.
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure high-quality food and service.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to improve performance.
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the restaurant and increase sales.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
