Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Set and manage staff work schedules to meet business needs
- Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Manage inventory, cost control, and supplier relationships to optimize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Participate in marketing initiatives and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
