Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff
- Set and manage staff work schedules to meet business needs
- Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to staff
- Manage inventory and control costs to maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and products for our restaurant
- Participate in marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every customer has a positive experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Proven track record of improving sales and customer satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
