Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads.
