- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 people, including restaurant staff and management.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and will be required to handle heavy loads and physically demanding tasks. The role will also require attention to detail and the ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
