About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Train and develop a team of food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Manage staff rotas and schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure it meets our high standards.
    • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and are satisfied with their experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock levels, and other key performance indicators.
    • Manage budgets and costs to ensure we are operating efficiently.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
