About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth running of our kitchen, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Lead and Manage a Team

Supervise and train a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Requisition and manage food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Monitor and Improve Quality

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Prepare Reports and Budgets

Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance, including sales, inventory, and staff productivity. Prepare budget and cost estimates to ensure the efficient use of resources.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience
  • Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Sanitation Procedures
