Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet our operational needs.
- Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our standards.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and reports to ensure financial efficiency.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and permanent employment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
