About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons 2859149 Ontario Inc. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of food service staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of team performance and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The successful candidate must be physically demanding and able to work under pressure.
