About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons 2859149 Ontario Inc. As a Food Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining area
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Receive and stock inventory, including food and beverages
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
  • Adherence to Health and Safety Standards
    • Follow all health and safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
    • Report any health and safety concerns or incidents to management
